FAQ

web design FAQ

Have questions about the website design services?

How Does This Work?

I will create a first draft of the website and allow you to review it. After, you can request any changes and revisions. Lastly, ownership of the site will be transferred to you

What Information Do I Need to Provide?

If you have an idea of what you want the website to look and feel like, having sites to use as inspiration will help speed up the process and make it closer to how you imagine it. Additionally, having images taglines, and brand information is also helpful. There is a full form that will be filled out prior to starting the project in order to help me get to know the brand.

When And How Do I Pay?

Once you decide that you would like me to design your site, you will place a 50% deposit. The rest will be paid after the site is complete and in your hands.

Can I Update The Site On My Own?

Certainly! I’ve created the site so that it is easy to update and change various aspects. If you ever need help, I am always able to reach you via email.

What Counts as A Revision?

Anything involving a change in the style of the theme is considered a revision. Minor changes such as color, font, or text is not considered a revision.

Does the listed price include subscription prices?

You will have to pay for the subscriptions yourself. This may include things such as domain, WordPress, or other 3rd party apps/plug-ins that must be used for the site.

Video Editing & thumbnail design FAQ

Have questions about the video editing and YouTube thumbnail design services?

What Editing Platforms Do You Use?

In terms of video editing, I primarily use CapCut and Final Cut Pro, but I have also used Da Vinci Resolve and iMovie. The platform that I use typically depends on the complexity of the project.

How Long Does Each Edit Take?

Video editing can sometimes be a very long process. Depending on the complexity of the project, it can be anywhere from an hours time to a few days.

How Long Do Thumbnails Take?

Thumbnails are much quicker than video edits. Having lots of images, details on the video, and a solid description of expectations helps speed up the process immensely.

How Does Pricing for Thumbnails Work?

The pricing will ultimately depend on how complex the project is and how many revisions are needed after the first draft.

Can I Get a Sample of Your Work?

Certainly! Send me an email using the email address below and I will provide you with a sample video or thumbnail, free of charge.

How Much Experience Do You Have?

I have been a content creator for the past three years, and over the course of that time I have edited 300 videos and created 300 thumbnails.
